The Flyer will issue a new social media policy, effective immediately. The Flyer will not tolerate verbal, written or visual harassment, derogatory comments and/or threats of any kind on any of The Flyer’s social media platforms, including staff members’ personal social media accounts.
Those in violation of this policy will be blocked on all social media outlets and reported to the appropriate authorities.
This policy is being implemented to create a secure online environment for The Flyer staff, as well as SU community members.
Sincerely,
The Flyer staff

Since social media policies are mostly about profiles, privacy, communication rules, and account control, how to contact eharmony supports only when the same type of account task comes up on a dating platform. I used that kind of contact search for login recovery, subscription billing, renewal settings, message access, verification, profile visibility, or cancelling a paid account. Dating accounts contain personal details, so I always see privacy settings and payment records as things worth keeping organized. If a profile change or billing question came up, having the account email and recent charge details ready makes support much easier. That kept the whole situation calm and practical, without turning it into relationship advice.
